• Blend: 25% Merlot 61% Cabernet Sauvignon 14% Cabernet Franc
• Winemaking: All of the wines were fermented twice, once with a yeast found in the wild, and then again with our standard wine making yeast. Aged in new and neutral French oak barrels for 34 months.

• Vineyards: Merlot grapes were from both the Pepper Bridge Vineyard and Dwelley Farm Vineyards in Walla Walla Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon is from Dwelley Farm vineyard, Stone Valley Vineyard in the Rocks district of Walla Walla Valley, and Dionysus Vineyard in White Bluffs. Cabernet Franc was from Kiona and Artz Vineyards in Red Mountain
