• Blend: 13.5.% Merlot 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 13.5% Cabernet Franc 5% Syrah 3% Sangiovese
• Winemaking: All of the wines were fermented twice, once with a yeast found in the wild, and then again with our standard wine making yeast. Aged in new and neutral French oak barrels for 34 months.
