- Blend: 70% Sangiovese 23% Cabernet Sauvignon 7% Merlot
- Winemaking: Sangiovese fermentation in stainless steel with an Italian yeast strain. Aged in neutral French Oak for 25 months. Blended with barrels of 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Dwelley vineyards in Walla Walla, fermented with a Bordeaux isolate yeast and aged in 75% new French Oak barrels for 25 months.
