• Winemaking: Sangiovese fermentation in stainless steel with an Italian yeast strain. Aged in neutral French Oak for 25 months. Blended with barrels of 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon from Dionysus Vineyard and Merlot from Dwelley vineyards in Walla Walla All aged in 75% new French Oak for 25 months.
