Wine Details
- AVA: Walla Walla Valley
- Blend: 62.5% Chardonnay from Gamache Vineyard, 37.5% Viognier from Dwelley Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley.
- Winemaking: The wines were pressed to juice and the Viognier placed in barrels. Inoculated in barrel with a Rhone white yeast strain. Racked off the lees and cold stabilized, before blending with Chardonnay which had been fermented in stainless steel. Filtered at bottling.
