• Blend: 31% Merlot, 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc
• Winemaking: Each component wine was fermented in stainless steel and inoculated with Bordeaux strain of yeast. Each of these wines was aged in new and neutral French oak barrels, for an average of 32 Months. Unfiltered and unfined.
