Blend: 50% Viognier from Cougar Crest Vineyard, 50% Chardonnay from Evergreen Vineyard.
Winemaking: The wines were pressed to juice and the Viognier placed in barrels. Inoculated in barrel with a Rhone white yeast strain. Racked off the lees and cold stabilized, before blending with Chardonnay which had been fermented in stainless steel. Filtered at bottling.
